BORECORP s.r.o. (“BORECORP Labs”, “we”, “us”) is the controller for personal data processed through www.borecorp.com and related service enquiries. This notice explains what we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, who may receive it, and what rights you can exercise.

1. Controller and scope

The controller is BORECORP s.r.o., a Czech company operating BORECORP Labs. You can contact us about privacy matters at hello@borecorp.com.

This notice covers personal data processed when you browse www.borecorp.com, submit the contact form, communicate with us about services, or interact with optional analytics after consent.

This public notice should still be reviewed by counsel before final legal sign-off, including confirmation of the published controller address and registration details.

2. Categories of data we collect

We collect only the categories of data needed to operate the site responsibly, respond to enquiries, and run commercial delivery when a client relationship begins.

  • + Identity and contact data you submit through the enquiry form, such as your name, company, email address, role, message, and any context you choose to provide.
  • + Lead-attribution data passed through the site, such as selected service intent, source page, qualifier answers, and UTM parameters.
  • + Technical and security data sent by your browser or hosting infrastructure, such as IP address, device/browser metadata, logs, and performance diagnostics.
  • + Optional analytics data about page visits, page performance, and traffic sources, but only after you consent to analytics cookies.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process enquiry data to review requests, reply to you, scope potential work, and maintain a commercial record of relevant conversations. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the business and handling inbound enquiries, and, where a client engagement begins, steps taken before entering into a contract or performance of a contract.

We process technical and security data to host the site, diagnose failures, protect against abuse, and maintain service continuity. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and reliable site operations.

We process optional analytics data only after consent. The legal basis is consent, which you can withhold or withdraw by changing your cookie choice in the browser storage used by the site.

4. Contact form processing

When you submit the contact form, we process the information you provide to understand the problem, reply to your enquiry, and decide whether a follow-up conversation, review, or proposal makes sense.

The form also carries limited routing context such as service intent, qualifier answers, source page, and UTM parameters so we can understand what you were trying to do on the site and respond more usefully.

We do not use contact-form data for advertising profiling. We use it to respond to the enquiry, scope the next step, and maintain a record of relevant commercial communication.

5. Cookies and analytics

The site uses essential cookies or equivalent local storage for core functionality, including remembering your cookie choice. These do not require analytics consent.

Optional analytics remain off until you explicitly allow them. If analytics is enabled, the site may process visit, referral, and page-interaction data in aggregate to understand site usage and improve performance.

  • + Essential: required for basic site operation and consent-state storage.
  • + Analytics: optional measurement data used to understand traffic and page performance after consent.

6. Retention

Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to respond, evaluate fit, maintain a record of relevant commercial history, and meet legal, accounting, or dispute-handling obligations.

As a working rule, unsuccessful enquiries should not be kept longer than necessary for follow-up and business recordkeeping, while client-related records may be kept for the life of the engagement and the legally required retention period afterwards.

Technical logs and security records are kept only for the period reasonably required to maintain service reliability, investigate incidents, and protect the site.

7. Recipients and processor categories

We share personal data only where needed to operate the site, deliver communications, or support service delivery. Access is limited to people and providers who need the data for those purposes.

  • + Hosting and deployment providers that serve the website and handle infrastructure logs.
  • + Transactional email providers used to deliver contact-form notifications and service communications.
  • + Analytics providers, but only if you opt in to analytics cookies.
  • + Professional advisers or authorities where disclosure is legally required or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights.

8. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, or another lawful transfer safeguard appropriate to the provider and transfer route.

If you need more detail about the transfer safeguard relevant to a specific processing activity, contact hello@borecorp.com.

9. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent for optional analytics at any time.

To exercise these rights, contact hello@borecorp.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
